The franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves. Not enough staff, and waiting 40 minutes to get food is silly. Getting a... refund not an option as staff seems to be overwhelmed. I only wanted 1 burger, onion rings and a drink. Do yourself a favor andgo to a different burger place. Read more
Thank you so much Hardee's for the beyond burger, when I tell you I am in love with this burger. I just tried it today, and had... to go back for a second one. The meat is cooked to perfection, if you was into beef you would never go back to it . The mayo,ketchup together is delicious. The bun is soft and easy to handle while eating. Lettuce and tomato is the perfect portion forthe huge delicious burger. And its filling but not overboard filling just right. If you haven't tried I suggest you do, even youbeef lovers will be amazed, on how tasty and delicious the beyond burger is. Read more
These are the $4 milkshakes that Hardee's says is a normal thing filled it halfway and didn't even put enough whipped cream to... hide the empty cup. When I asked the manager she said it was supposed to look like that. Read more
Waited for twenty minutes to get my food after being told to pull into the parking lot after being the only car in the drive... through. Got my food and drove home, found out I had the complete wrong food, decided to just deal with it. Took a couple bitesout of the fresco burger and found this in it. It?s plastic like and thin. Tried calling to tell them about it and got hung upon. Called again asking for a manager right away and got hung up on again. I try not to complain much about things like this butit was all a bit much when you?re just trying to get a quick dinner. Read more
In a world full of the laziest generation known to man, this place keeps on going. I am very grateful for all of the workers in... the food industry that make it possible for us to get a good meal even when we're busy. Their staff was quick, efficient, andwelcoming. Complete disappointment. Ordered a Frisco and no one told me the toaster didnt work. *Thats the best part of eating Texas Toast... btw.* Bit the burger while still wrapped in the paper and my feelings were hurt when I unwrapped it... and fries weren'tcompletely cooked through. Got a refund for the fry and burger... not the whole meal because at least I could drink my drink.Disgusting. Read more
This review is based on my service today. Just after 11 am this morning I ordered the hand battered crispy chicken sandwich meal... with fries and a drink. At the window the girl asked if I needed anything else? I said I would like some ketchup for thefries. She said no problem and could I drive around to the parking lot and they would bring it out to me. I said noproblem. After receiving the order I went back to work to our dining lounge and opened up my bag. Half my fries were on thebottom of the bag. I only gave it one star because there is no option for zero stars. I am new to the area and went here twice and both times were... a total disaster. The first time, a girl with short hair and really pale skin took my order in the drive thru and told me topull forward, I was waiting for over 20 minutes and when I finally came in to see what happened to my order, I see the sameweird acting pale face girl sitting a table eating. I went here a few days later and got breakfast, this time my sausagebiscuits tasted like bleach and salt. I come from MI and I love Hardees, this location makes Hardees look horrible. Please trainthe staff on customer service skills and how to cook the food properly. What a waste of time and money! Read more
