Order was totally wrong. I ordered the monster burger with the sour dough toasted bread add lettuce and tomatoes. Well my bread... wasn't toasted , bacon was half cooked, and no lettuce and tomatoes. Which you know I was charged for. After discovering this athome (15 minutes later). Went back to the store and showed the manager and staff they had frowns on their faces. Along comes thecook and informed me the toaster was down. Great! At least give the customer the option of making the decision if they want it! Read more
Very very slow service. Went there a few days ago only customer there at the time still took 20 minutes or longer to get my... order then it was like they just slapped it together. HATED IT! Read more
For as much as your paying for fast food anymore, would sure like a fresh sandwich. The sandwich I got seamed like it was from... all left over warmed up food. And this is not the first time. I think you could cook an egg sandwich the night before. Put it inthe fridge over night. Pop it in the microwave and it would be better than what these places are serving. Just my opinion ofcourse. I never eat like this but I had been craving a chicken biscuit, this was an absolute waste of my money. It was very greasy and... wasn?t hot at all?..seemed to be old and the grease it was cooked in was old and burnt which left that same taste in the chickenand tots that come with the meal. It was around 9am I thought for sure I would get fresh cooked food. I even asked the cashierabout their mushroom Swiss burger with plans to return and get it for my lunch. Burger was good, did not look sizzling out off the burner as advertised but it was put together well. An old patty is the worst.... Fresh veggies, bun was fresh, burger wants too oily. Fries were fresh. This is a great place for a quick burger or lunch. Insidepretty clean. Read more
Food wasn?t bad but the tables are in severe need of a good wiping. Luckly we had some baby wipes and got it up before we sat... down. See the pictures of the wipe after we got done, it?s gross. Also not a fan of the shallow ketchup cups, they are hard tocarry and I don?t think they hold as much. The fries were really good though on a positive note. Read more
Absolutely the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. Went through the drive-thru because the inside was closed, was asked to pull... forward and waited 5 minutes for them to come out and bring my food to me, only to get overcooked cold fries, and an overcookeddry cold Burger. Never coming back to this location. Read more
