I?ve tried to order using the app twice. The most recent time I didn?t receive my food or a refund. The staff didn?t know how to... cancel the order and directed me back to the app. The manager called her manager and they didn?t know. I stood there watchingthem make everyone else?s food while shipping over mines knowing they had to make it fresh. Experience continues to get worse. Read more
This place has really stepped up their food game. The burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches, all awesome!!! It is definitely a... bright spot because a lot of fast food places in Arlington have really gone down hill the past few years. Not impressed, for the amount of time we had to wait for our food it should have been hotter, Ordered chicken sandwich, it... barely covered the bun it was so small. French fries were all stuck together. Not someplace I will be returning to soon. Read more
Love the food, but twice they messed up our order and a third time we walked out after standing at the cash register for 5... minutes waiting to give Hardee's money. I saw the workers chatting in the back and at some point a worker came out to get adrink and said that someone will take our order soon, but didn't. He could have yelled customer up front or something. Read more
If I could give negative stars I 1000% would!!! Worst experience ever today. I waited over 20 minutes watching 4 people... "working". And guess what they didn't do while I was waiting that long, they never had my order ready. Keep in mind it was notbusy at all. I was the only customer inside, while they were "working" the 2 to 3 drive thru orders. But they did have the nerveto ask if I could work better than them there whenever I told them it was completely unacceptable and unprofessional to not evenattempt to start making my order until 15 minutes after me ordering. When I say I have nevvvvveeeerrr had a problem with this location, I mean just that. Their food is always fresh during lunch and... breakfast. I've ordered everything there is to order from this location and they have never disappointed me. THIS IS HOW FRENCHTOAST SUPPOSE TO LOOK. They deserve a raise at this location for always serving fresh food and cleanliness. You know the foodgood when the cook had flour all over his clothes lol. Read more
This was supposed to be the 1/3 lb Angus bacon cheeseburger. It was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. It was so... overcooked that I could hardly bite into it. This Hardee's used to be really good but lately they have been messing up ordersand the food has not been good. Read more
Fries were so over fried you could step on them and they crumbled. $2.99 double burgers were pretty good. A little more wait... time than expected but will wait for fresh burgers... Read more
