The girl at the counter wouldn't serve me because I was a jaguars fan and she was a Colts fan. Said she wasn't going to serve me... my food because I started talking about how the Jaguars blew out the colts to another guest. Incredibly unprofessional. Read more
Everything was made correctly, even our custom item, and nothing was missing. The food was good and seemed fresh. The employees... were friendly and courteous. My only complaint is when I got to the drive-thru, they couldn't find my mobile order at first. SoI had to go inside and wait for them to make it. I don't mind going inside to pick up my order, as I find that it can be quickerthan the drive-thru sometimes. However, if I have to wait for my food to be made, what's the point of mobile ordering? I put theorder in 15 mins before arriving and then had to wait another 10 mins or so for it to be made. Everything else was great though!And this isn't even a knock on the employees; as far as I know this could be an app issue. Read more
The attitudes were horrrible on the front line. Big hair with no hair nets. Long lashes are unprofessional on the job. The... entire crew was uncoordinated and slow. Emplyees back talking the head of the crew. Out of biscuits for 15 minutes after beingtold 5 minutes wait. Poor communication among the crew. Person on back line seen wiping sweat from his forehead without washinghis hands and arms and changing his gloves. Not following directions and the cashier told the line meat on the side on one andwhen i get home it was still wrong. The lady in drive through couldn't do her job effectively because the line and crew in theback.The entire morning shift needs remedial training including the manager.???????????? Best place was so busy when I walked in. But there is this one cashier name Kierra or Tierra not sure but she took care of... everybody quick, fast and In a hurry and had a smile on her face and good customer service. being a fast food manager I canrecognize talent and she has talent! The lady working front counter probably in her 50s she had short natural hair with glasses. She was coughing and sneezing and... using her shirt to sneeze into. As she bagging food with no gloves. I pray she just had allergies. But her coughing wasexcessive at one point in the middle of taken a man order she had to walk away and cough and gag I understand we're shortstaffed every where. But she shouldn't be working especially face to face with customers and food. Prayers for speedy recoveryto her so we can keep everyone safe and well. Read more
I love Hardees. You will need to lower you expectations if your going to eat at this one though. I have never had such... disappointing food at a Hardees before. Read more
