I've lived in the area for about 7 years. I've never visited this Hardee's until today. I will not be returning. First, the... microphone system was down so after waiting in line for about 5 minutes being first in line at the microphone no one wasspeaking to me. I pulled up to the window where a nice gentleman came out and took my order car side. He was very attentive andI had forgotten about the broken speakerphone situation. He gave me the coke I had ordered and asked if I parked in a parkingspot while they finished making my food. 15 minutes went by. I waited patiently. After 20 minutes a young woman came out andexplained that my food was almost ready. A minute later she returned with what you seeing the photos. My mushroom Swiss burgercontained no mushrooms, was burnt and extremely flattened. My chicken club was probably one of the most disgusting things I'veever eaten. The chicken was rubbery and an edible. The sauce tasted like it had expired. 7 years living nearby and I regret myfirst and only visit. I feel ill.. I do not know how this place stays in business. Have not been in a long time due to decline overall. The place is filthy, sticky floors, tables and no wiping down being done.... It was definitely worse than before. There was one extra loud employee calling out food to customers when ready. This was notnecessary-we weren't at a ball park or amusement arena. I don't know why it's not shut down! Breakfast food was delicious.. We ate inside... Bad idea. They were out of ice, napkins and coffee at the self serve area. We... asked for napkins we told they had none, we finally were given 3. It just very chaotic. Employees were nice but it was justcrazy busy inside and the drive in.. I think maybe they need more help at least at the breakfast hour.. Read more
The first time I tasted Hardee's was in Cairo, Egypt in 2018. At first I thought it was a local restaurant that ripped off the... Carl's JR. logo but I decided to try it anyway (Yes I went to Egypt and had western food - arrest me!) It was the best burgerI've had in years. I'm not usually a junk/fast food type but I became hooked. I later Googled Hardee's and found out it was achain in the US. None in Canada where in from. Bummer. Now I'm in Jacksonville, Florida visiting family. I was excited to see aHardee's nearby. The staff at this location are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. After 4 years from my first taste ofa Hardee's burger, it did not disappoint. I'll have Hardee's over McDonald's, Burger King and any other burger joint, anyday. This particular location is amazing. I?m from NC, I love Hardee?s, however this joint needs some help? literally. Doughy biscuits, chicken all burnt up, looks like... children put the meal together. I know they can make good food, it?s just hard to get good help currently. Wish I had an answer. Read more
