I've lived in the area for about 7 years. I've never visited this Hardee's until today. I will not be returning. First, the... microphone system was down so after waiting in line for about 5 minutes being first in line at the microphone no one wasspeaking to me. I pulled up to the window where a nice gentleman came out and took my order car side. He was very attentive andI had forgotten about the broken speakerphone situation. He gave me the coke I had ordered and asked if I parked in a parkingspot while they finished making my food. 15 minutes went by. I waited patiently. After 20 minutes a young woman came out andexplained that my food was almost ready. A minute later she returned with what you seeing the photos. My mushroom Swiss burgercontained no mushrooms, was burnt and extremely flattened. My chicken club was probably one of the most disgusting things I'veever eaten. The chicken was rubbery and an edible. The sauce tasted like it had expired. 7 years living nearby and I regret myfirst and only visit. I feel ill.. I do not know how this place stays in business.
