Very pleasant employees but ?.. We sat waiting for our food for 25 minutes & I?m almost certain they handed it out not once but... twice to the wrong car ???? This was on 11-08-22 7:03 pm ? 7:28Pm when we left ????????? A little bit of an apology but theyoung lady told me she wasn?t going to pinky promise me my food was not given to the car behind me as I was still waiting afterbeing asked to pull forward ??????????? I only question bc the food was not hot & food was being passed back & forth from thecar to the window ????????? I?m taking a star away .. It?s been over 2 weeks & no reply ??????????? I?m not use to that & havingmy food given out to the wrong car multiple times deserves something even the drive through wait time of almost 30 minutes alone???? Read more

Customer service after 3pm is the absolute worst. The big black guy with the messed up tape up was very rude and disrespectful.... His stomach was hanging out and that alone is a violation. This is a restaurant. It's 8:47pm and this is my second trip here dueto lack of work on the sorry workers. Even the night manager was rude. She was nasty and lied to me about my food being fresh. It's fine whenever the lobby is open. I still like to eat inside so it's not uncommon to drive there and go somewhere else... because the inside is closed. Wish it was consistent. Cashier's are hit or miss on niceness and intelligents. Read more
Ordered a big hot ham sandwich. What I got was the regular ham sandwich just in the bigger box. I tried to call the store and it... keeps going to a fax machine or some kind of modem. Really skimpy portions. On the plus side the staff memeber at the windowseemed nice. Read more
