Came to Hardee?s on Normandy for lunch whereas I work down the road. When I got my food, not only did I get watered down... unsweet tea instead of sweet tea, but both my burgers were very very dry. When i tried to call the store to complain, the numberlisted online and the receipt was a fax machine picking up. I guess I?m just stuck with no lunch today. Very bad business. I?m a regular customer I buy breakfast at least 3 times a week but after today I will never go back. I ordered food this morning... at the drive thru and unfortunately forgot an item during my original order. As I approached the window I apologized and askedif I could please add an order of French toast sticks for my niece. The gentleman at the window said yes and then as he turnedaround to put the order in a woman screamed across the restaurant saying no add on orders at my window. I said can I please addthis for my niece she?s hungry and I accidentally forgot during the original order. I was told no again no add on at my windowscreamed a 2nd time. Well that was it for me I found it very disrespectful and rude. I was appalled to find out this was themanager saying that her name was Angel and this is not the first time she?s had an attitude. I?ve had her multiple incidentswith her but never realized she was the manager. I can?t believe how rude she is to customers and I will not be returning I?llalso be letting my family and friends know about this incident as well it?s sad because we all frequent this Hardee?s but notanymore. My chicken ???? sandwich had a smell to it. I ordered 5 chicken ???? tenders and I got 3 and the chicken sandwich didn't have... any pickels on it. And to top it all off the servers were rude. I will never go there again Read more

One star service. I ask for a number one. Cashier said what's a number 1. Cashier was irritated taking my order. Cashier acted... like she didn't want to be there. Look at her, look at her uniform. If she didn't care about her uniform why would she careabout your food. Was served a raw chicken biscuit. I got picture to prove it. Got sick the following day. Read more
Changing my review to zero if I could. Pathetic excuse for customer service. The girl at the window lied and said she didn't... have my prepaid app order. Flat out lied to my face twice and gave me the wrong size fries and drinks while eye rolling andsighing audibly. Will not be revisiting Hardee's for a long time.
