This store needs adult supervision. I have never seen an adult in all my visits, and the customer service is not improving. The... ice cream has been frost bitten with ice chunks the last few visits. Staff is nice and helpful, but you can't expect kids toefficiently run a store. Read more
Please don't order birthday cookies cakes from this store. Go anywhere else. We had a pickup for today at noon, they called to... check when we will be picking up the cake. We told them the time and they said NOTHING to us that there was an issue. My husbandgoes into the store to pickup our cake and it wasn't even started. Not only wasn't it started they then proceeded to break thecookie that we ordered. They then told us that they only had stencils for the circular cookie which we purposely didn't orderbecause we thought it would be too small for our party. An hour was wasted trying to get a new cookie cake when our order shouldhave been a pickup! On top of that the solution was laughable. They also then gave us the circular cake without a cardboard slipin the box and my husband had to ask them for one so he could safely move the darn new cake. I?ve never tried an ice cream take taste butter, real butter. I ordered a small cup, half double dark chocolate and half coffee.... I didn?t feel any chocolate flavor. Staff are really friendly. I didn?t give one star, because the ice cream remained mybreakfast, coffee, bread and butter. Read more
I am from out of state, but find myself in the area visiting family often. Everytime I visit this store, the store is dirty, the... employees have been unprofessional, and the cookie display has been terrible. Today was by far the worst. I visited on 6.04.21at 8:30pm. The display was a mess with crumbs everywhere. Most trays were empty. They didn't even have ANY original chocolatechip cookies. There were many employees around, but only one was helping the 15 or so customers in the store. My wife and I leftafter seeing how unsanitary the store appeared and how not up to Corporate standards the store was. I love Great AmericanCookies and Marble Slab but don't plan returning to this store any time soon. Read more
Their small is still a lot of ice cream! Great location, good ice cream. Birthday cake ice cream was great. Wasn?t a fan of the... cookie dough mix in, wish they would get a better one. That being said, they don?t skimp on their mix ins. Generous portions allaround. Very friendly staff! Read more
My wife and I stopped by here last night after seeing that is is finally open. They have a great selection of cookies (although... they didn't have the Brookie which is what I normally get when I go to GAC) and a big selection of ice cream. They also havemilk shakes and ice cream cookie sandwiches and brownies. My wife's personal favorite is the "Double Doozy", which is a cookiesandwich with frosting in the middle. If you are in the area and want a sweet treat, definitely swing by this place to check itout. We are glad to have it fairly close to our neighborhood :) Read more
It?s nice to have a Great American Cookies in the neighborhood but I am disappointed in the quality of the product. I preordered... a cake and arrived at the designated pick up time. My order was not completed upon arrival but only had to wait a few minutes.Final product was sloppy and looked rushed (see photo). In addition, the name on the cake was spelled incorrectly. For $35, Iwould expect better quality. Will likely not return. Read more
They sell cookies and Ice cream. place was clean with at least 10 different cookies and flavored Ice cream to choose from. large... cake cookies as well as medium to large sized individual cookies. We ordered 5 different flavors and all of them were fresh,chewy and delicious! There wasn't long wait , though there was a crowd when we walked in. One can utilze family bathrooms atthis location.
