I wanted to like this place so bad, via pictures and reviews. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake funnel cake and a plain... powdered sugar funnel cake. My strawberry cheesecake funnel cake was missing cheesecake, whip and the icecream. The plain onehad great taste but was a tad soft. Even it being, I ordered my food through doordash. I've gone to the mall andhome(downtown-the southside) just for funnel cakes and didn't have the soft problem. ???? Read more

I ordered an Almond Joy funnel cake and was really looking forward to the coconuts but they seem to have decided not to join the... party. After a 1 mile drive my ice cream was just barely a dollop and I feel sorry for anyone traveling more than 4 minutes. Myfriend asked for a coney dog add slaw and received a hot dog with chili and cheese. The attitude from the co-owner/husband wasenough to warrant this review from a fellow BLACK, WOMAN, VETERAN. The entire experience was unwarranted really. Funnel cakewas soft where it wasn?t mushy from whatever ice cream. I?ll admit I could?ve checked for order accuracy, but after the entireexchange we were eager to not be around that energy. I don?t care that Duval is the murder capital of the country, or thethings that you ?make/tell? your to wife do regarding y?all?s business. I do care about order accuracy and general ambiancethough.
