First time going to Freddy's. I ordered a MEDIUM peppermint Oreo milkshake. How is the medium size SMALLER than a Kid's drink... that comes with a Happy Meal at McDonald's. The medium shake cost almost $8.00!!! That is ridiculous!!! (McD's Kid's Happy Mealis about $6.00, with 2 sides, a main entree and a drink.) I filled each of kid's drink (Mcd) and medium shake (Freddy's) with 11/2 cups of water. The McD's drink had room to hold more!!! The taste of this shake? It was okay, so 2 stars. I would not buyagain this shake or anything else from here since the size of the shakes are way over priced. Read more

I always get the chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken is moist and full of flavor. My son enjoys both the chicken and burger... entrees. The thin fries are constantly cooked to perfection. I recommend having a cup or two of the fries sauce. Its very tastyand adds to your experience. While the custards are quite tasty, they're not what I choose only due to dietary issues. Thefamily style restaurant is designed to be out of the 60's. There are several plaques on the walls explaining its history. Theyare opened Sunday to Thursday 1030am to 10pm and Friday and Saturday 1030am to 11pm. They have come through for us a few timeswhen looking for somewhere to eat late on Saturday night. This comes in handy since other neighboring restaurants close around 9to 10pm. The Manager, Darius Spencer is very polite and extremely helpful, a real pleasure talking to. The staff are polite andanswer your questions with a smile and attend to your needs promptly. They never disappoint. First visit very disappointed considering we came in at opening the whole place itself Dirty Dirty Dirty Floors, restrooms,... trash cans, high chairs, and trays makes me wonder what the BOH looks like. The large stall in the womens restroom would notflush stood there for 5 minutes and couldn?t get it to flush I informed the employees and they said oh you just got to mess withpaper towel dispensers didn't work either. Despite the cleanliness of this place Cheese Curds are delicious, disappointed thatthe A-1 and Zesty Garlic were a mixed sauce I was under the assumption they were 2 different sauces. All in all I give thisplace a 5/10 due to cleanliness issues. I would like to add I was the first guest in and second to order. Initial thoughts themoment I walked in was disgusted and disappointed. This was our first visit at Freddy?s and Sandra was our cashier. She took the time to explain the kids menu because the screen... with that info wasn?t working. She was courteous and friendly and you can tell she cared about our first experience. She wasworking short staffed with a injured arm and still had a smile. You could tell everyone in the back were working hard in spiteof the staffing issues that seem so common these days. The food was really really delicious. I was surprised that a fast foodplace had such tasty burgers. Both kids loved their meals and said they want to come back here again. Visited today to pick up lunch. Low crowd volume, maybe 5 cars in the drive thru. Took a few minutes for the staff to grab my... order, but the young lady was very friendly. We ordered a kids meal and a patty melt. The kids meal was a great deal for thesize burger and the same amount of fries as a regular meal. I didn't care for the bread on the patty melt. There was somethingabout the flavoring that turned me off. I love their fries. They have the shoestrings.. The lobby was fairly clean. A dirtynapkin on 1 or 2 tables that I assume the staff hadn't had a chance to get to yet. Read more

Waited 20 minutes in an empty restaurant for this sweet Chicago dog. Although 20 minutes of watching a kitchen that is all kids... under 18 who clearly don't care thanks to $8/hr was fairly entertaining, so for that this S show gets 2 stars. Have been here a number of times, usually with a large party...customer service has been excellent! Food is tasty, dessert is... even better! The inside never seems too busy to accommodate our large party and no one seems to have any trouble with all ourkids! Our food has always been ready in a decent amount of time. Definitely loved by the whole family! UPDATE: Recently camehere with family again celebrating a birthday. This time was on a weekend, which is not our usual days to visit. They werebusier, but still had great service! Made a few mistakes, but went above and beyond to make things right! Just an FYI...Sign onthe door says "Masks required" now.
