Food was good, service was pretty good as well. But, there were only 3 people working and one lady, I assume the manager, was... way over worked, doing everything and obviously very stressed. But she was doing her job and doing it well. I just hate to see aplace lacking in staff and it all falls on one person, a good employee, who will burn out and quit. Damn good doublecheeseburger! So understaffed waited 20 minutes for a concrete Mini. Music too loud, food greasy, cheese curds did not taste that good, bitter... ending. Felt bad for the one person that was handling customer walk-ins and the drive-thru. Seemed a little overwhelmed. Read more

The staff are some of nicest I?ve ever been around in the fast food/quick service industry. The frozen custard I got was simply... amazing. Not a 5 star though because the food just wasn?t that amazing especially the fries they are similar to shoestringpotatoes, just not for me. Read more

Paid almost $12 for 2 shakes and a ?medium? fry. This is pathetic. Definitely not worth going to. Don?t waste your money.

Last week was my first visit. It was a wonderful visit and I will be back soon! The Cashier who waited on me, was very patient... and helpful-since she knew it was my first time visit. When I got home with our combos, I called and told the Manager howwonderful the Cashier was. The burgers are very fresh and tasty. I am not used to shoestring fries, but I really did enjoy them.I look forward to my next visit soon. Read more

LIKE CULVER?S BUT NOT QUITE! Very similar to Culver?s - burgers, cheese curds, ice cream. Overall, I put Culver?s above it... leading to the 4 star. Staff was great and I do believe freddy?s cheese curds are better than Culver?s. Overall very close.Good, not great. Read more
