I love 5 guys but was very DISAPPOINTED. Although I waited 32 minutes from order to receipt of food, this wasn't the biggest... disappointment. While waiting, I watched a potential employee come I. For an interview which appeared was scheduled in advance.A team member told him to get a drink, they may need to do the interview a little later or another day and wait since they wereswamped with orders. About 5 min later, a different Five Guys employee yelled that they would have to do the interview anotherday. The prospective employee said he drive 40 min. There was a big sign on the door indicating 5 guys needed employees was agreat place to work. It soured my experience for 5 guys and I won't go back. There was no compassion nor professionalism whenthey didn't respect that person's time. I asked an employee later if they thought that person would vote back and work there.She said probably not and I told er I wouldn't. 5:00 PM Friday night. We found the place, drove by, saw it was open, found a parking place (not easy to do), parked the car,... walked to the business - and the door was locked. Walked to the other door - also locked! Looked inside and the lights were onand the staff was in there (which is why I thought they were open), but the doors are all locked. Looked around - no signsindicating anything out of the ordinary. The stores hours were posted and they should be open. But they are not! Apparently,the water was bad so they shut down for the day. I get it. But how hard is it to get a piece of paper and write, "CLOSED" andthen tape it to the door? Come on guys, use some common business sense and demonstrate a few common business courtesies! Best Triple burgers and (Cajun) fries and clean atmosphere. The outside seating felt like a beach picnic under the covered... areas. The peanuts are a distraction, but my neice loves to play with and eat them. Try the Minute Maid Cherry Limeade inregular or sparkling. It's my favorite flavor... Read more
First time I've ever had a five guys mess up my order. And the shake tastes more like freezerburn than it does chocolate.... Something made my stomach start turning before I even made it home so there's no way I'm finishing this. Have never had thishappen and usually I dont mind the high prices because I've never had an issue... just a waste of $20. Will never visit thislocation again. Read more
