We went with my father-in-law who is from Italy. He absolutely loved the regular fries. The Cajun fries were my favorite. The... service was very good. The restaurant is clean. Suggest a new employee position that makes sure the food is what was ordered. I?ve had to get 3 orders delivered wrong as y?all... can?t read on a basic 3rd grade level what?s on the receipts. When the food is better BG delivered miles away, returning forreplacement is a joke and you offer no other compensation. You?ve surpassed McDonald?s for lousy service. Read more
The burgers were soggy and broken up. Both had cheese even though I ordered 1 hamburger and 1 cheeseburger. The buns were... lathered with ketchup and mustard even though I said no to both when I ordered. It looked like they tried to wipe the breadoff, but instead just spread the ketchup and mustard all over the place. They put the fries on top of the burgers and thenfilled each bag with a ton of extra fries. Unfortunately, the fries were super salty and tasted like a heart attack. We endedup just throwing it all away. My advice is to skip this location. If you choose to order there, make sure you check your foodBEFORE you leave the store. I wish negative stars were available. It was such a bad experience that they deserve less than zerostars. Read more
Its good. But Wow $21! Double patty cheeseburger regular fry and regular drink. Yes $21. It's a burger joint with no wait staff.... There's plenty of places to get a good burger with a wait staff for less. Sorry 5 Guys it was good while it lasted. Read more
Best burgers any where. Always fantastic.
Quality Control needs to be checked out here, grilled onions were processed with papery peels each one of our burgers had... several of such peels to the point we had to spit out "paper" multiple times . In addition to the peels they lacked thecondiments we asked for. Overall this lead to a poor experience especially when one considers the price. FYI this was non peakhours, so I can not really understand the lack of attention to detail when it came to prep and service. Read more
This was my second visit and asked myself why...? Lots of posters praising themselves. I guess it's ok if you want to pay $30... for 2 sandwiches and a Coke. All while having loud music blasted to a point you can't have a conversation. Nah next time it'sMcDonald's for half the price !!! Read more
