they had nothing. i ordered hook and ladder extra mayo no onions. all i got was meat and a slight bit of mayo. not even the... lettuce or tomato was on it. edit: manager contacted and remade the sub a lot better. i am grateful that management cares forits customers. Read more

Firehouse Subs has the resources to be great at sandwiches but for one reason they aren't. To put this simply, they are too... dry. And it's across the board in everything from not enough mayonnaise in the tuna fish salad to the lack of marinara sauce inmeatballs. Dry. Online app works well as does customer service which I think should be focusing on the better sandwich product.???? Read more
