This is a waiste of time here, so far coming up on half hour no one here has the orders. Seems online is taking priority over... waiting guest. 2 people behind the county that's it. If it's going to be 40 min wait for food they should say something at thebeginning. Will never return, absolutely ridiculous to wait this long. I Returned A Sandwich For Remake..The CoWorker Told, Her To Remake The Sandwich..( She Refused)..Then, Her Manager Told Her... Twice, To Remake The Sandwich ( She Disobeyed A Direct Order And Kept Questioning the Manager On her Decision).. Great location! Came to fire house subs on October 1st and the staff member from the night crew were extremely helpful and... sweet, especially Cameron while making my order exactly how I wanted it. Amazing service! Read more
Terrible service! Waited 30 minutes for my sub before asking for a refund. I was the only person in line. I was informed there... was online orders ahead of me and they couldn't start my order until the online orders were done. The girl at the counter wasthe only one with good service skills. This has happened to me at other locations too. It's too bad as this place used to be apersonal fave. I'm giving up on this place and never going back. Would give zero stars if I could! Read more
Worst experience. I order the food at 1.35pm in online and the pick time was 1.50pm. I went to the location for pick up. The... lady in the counter told me to wait for 2 -3 minutes as it is been made. I said Ok. When I was waiting, I saw my sandwich wasnot even started making. So I waited for 10 minutes to get my sandwich. I told the guy who gave my sandwich to maintain someamount of timing for that he replied don't order from this location hereafter. This is not first time they do this to me everytime. One of the worst and disrespectful customer service. Read more
There were 3 employees and ZERO customers. Took them 20 minutes to take our order. Two employees were stocking chips while one... was behind the counter. Then it took 15+ minutes to give us a side of Mac n cheese and 2 water bottles. Read more
Continuously slow and rude service. We placed an online order and waited 30 minutes past pickup time for order as they filled... orders of walk-ins first. Corporate keeps claiming it's a new manager with each new bad experience. Never again. Read more
