I really enjoy Firehouse sub sandwiches. They are always warm with plenty of meat and other fresh ingredients. The subs are a... little pricey, but I think they are worth it. I use their rewards program and got a free large Hero sub on this order. Read more
The sub and the person who took my order were great. The crew that made my sandwich forgot the Mac and cheese, luckily I was... eating here so they happily corrected that. The soda machine was sputtering and didn't taste right, but the tea was good. Idon't recommend the Mac and cheese. Read more
This is the third time I have found restaurants increasing the price inlay the register without changing the price on the menu.... The second time at Firehouse specifically. The $5.99 special rings up as $6.99. I don?t feel this is an extra oversight. I feelthis is being done purposely to scam customers out of a little money each time. I love their subs. This summer that have a good deal on 6 in Italians all the time. The bread is always soft and not chewy,... and this location is very clean. There is a good amount of seating, for a sub shop. They also have one of those any flavorCoke machines with at least 50 different combinations of all types of drinks. Read more
First time at this location with me and the wife. The food and service were good and the people were nice. On the way out the... door we were asked by a manager how was it. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness. The bathroom could?ve used a good deepcleaning and the sink needs to be replaced due to stains. The dining room floor also could?ve been a lot cleaner and the windowsneeded to be cleaned inside and out. Read more
Came here to study and grab a sub and was surprised by how positive the staff and store was! The staff were all having fun but... clearly working hard, things were stocked, being cleaned, everyone was greeted by name, and food came out fast andaccurate. Stayed to study a bit longer and turned my afternoon around tremendously ?? Edited to add: just heard a guy ask hiscoworker to grab something from the back... All pleases, thank yous, and jokes.
