I understand when businesses are busy and sometimes they just forget some things, you know, no problem, usually I can get past... it. I put in an online order today for pickup at 12:35, was about 12:50 when I finally got my order. I had ordered a sub forsomeone else and a salad for myself and had a free reward for the salad. I added somethings on and took some things off to myliking and it shows on the receipt. I had to rush back to work so I didn?t get to check my food before I left and the sandwichwas okay, everything on it was fine. My salad though was completely wrong. And it just seems like every time I come to thislocation something is wrong with my order and the employees just don?t see to care. Probably won?t be returning at this point.$20 for a free salad, 1 bag of chips and a sandwich, is too much for the order to be incorrect. Read more

This location does NOT give priority to app orders. Three times I have order by the FH App and three times they don't even start... the order until you arrive and check in, even though the App accepted payment and indicates your order should be ready. The appis flawed as it only anticipates the order is being timely filled based on the time of the order. This FH location is flawed inthat it doesn't fill app orders until you come in, even if the app says it should be ready. Three times is enough. I will notuse this app anymore and I will not wait nearly 35 minutes for the order to be filled after arrival. DO NOT go here unless youhave plenty of time to waste. The food is not that good. Was disappointed in the length of time it took to prepare my combo as well as the portion compared to price. I would have... expected for such a lengthy wait and $12 cost for medium sandwich, a quarter bag of chips and medium drink that i would at leastbe full. Had to supplement my meal with additional lunch meat from the fridge. Read more
Came to grab a quick lunch. From the start it wasn't going well. The drink machine is broke, so can get bottled drinks or sweet... tea. Okay, that is manageable. Then they are out of wheat buns for sandwiches. Then they run out if ham...Sounds like a bigmanager issue at this point. Another customer asked for Mac and cheese and guess what...out of that as well. So after about 20minutes of waiting for our sandwiches, mine was without any cheese. I dont even bother asking for a remake because it ispointless. This place needs some assistance and a cleaning crew. Even though the workers were drowning without proper items,they were polite. I ordered and they always dont follow it I asked for NO pickles... (cant stand smell or taste it) and it always there next to... sub!) I asked for no spicy mustard on my NY steamer sub and they always have it there so i went in and told them. They make newone so i checked for spicy mustard and pickles so i got home and found this inside my sub (yellow banana pepper).... i calledback but nope they wont pick my phone up and then it closed.... what lazy people! I genuinely do not know what is wrong with this firehouse. I don?t know if they don?t care or if multiple people genuinely... have a reading issue but my order is more often wrong than right. Every single time I?ve ordered delivery from Grubhub it iswrong. I?ve order multiple times a week. They have an 85% failure rate. I do not understand. Every other firehouse is amazing.I?ve been eating here for a year and I always have to waste my gas to drive all the way down and get my food remade because theywon?t resend an order.
