Reviews for Firehouse Subs in Jacksonville, FL
Quite possibly the worst sub I?ve ever had. Ordered the ?engineer? sub and should have just not chanced eating this sloppy... mess. A few minutes after eating, I had to purge in the men?s room and rush to boarding. My two colleagues who ordered veggiesubs also felt terrible in the gut after. I would recommend getting a sandwich from Starbucks as a safer bet. Read more

Wow these were the worst sandwiches I have ever eaten. Thoroughly soggy. I have no idea where this moisture came from. We had... the engineer and a single meat sub. Both were incredibly soggy. The engineer was so soggy that I had to eat it with a fork andbecause the bread was falling apart. I know this is basically the only non sit down food option at Jax at the moment, but saveyourself the trouble and get a sandwich from one of the convenience stores. Never again. Read more
This locally owned company makes a pretty decent sandwich and does it fairly quickly. They hire staff that are usually friendly... and good natured. The quality of the ingredients could be better and I especially dislike that their whole wheat bread lookslike a slightly darker version of there plain white bread. Something a little healthier, maybe with seeds or real grain would beappreciated Read more
It?s my first time here and the food is actually quite ok. We got the Smokehouse beef and Turkey subs and they?re not bad at... all. Sure the price is a bit high but that?s expected. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. I like them and so 5stars. Read more
The worst SUB in the entire world. It did not have any meat on it. That was a waste of my money. I still fill... disappointed. And my wife is upset also. My advice it to hop in line somewhere else. Read more

Tried a different sub this time, Steamer. Probably one of their worse subs. Is a pastrami with provolone & condiments: mayo,... mustard, & Italian dressing. Looking pretty flat for a sub & cheese obliterated since heated. Forget tasting pastrami. Be betterwith bland corn beef. Basically, a gooey pastrami. Be my last Steamer. Read more
