Used to really enjoy this place but in the past few months it?s gone downhill. Food is good, but they?ve stopped filling up the... containers. Rice will will have maybe a quarter at the top empty and the plastic containers are never full like they used to be.Given everyone else?s comments about rude staff I?m worried about complaining. But it really sucks because I do enjoy the food.Dumplings are great and egg rolls are always good. But the teriyaki chicken sticks have slimmed down significantly and it?s allaround very disappointing. I love this place . It?s so much better than any other place in oakleaf to me in my opinion..I called to let them know that one... of my chicken wings were missing she was full blown yelling at me, no it?s not , I make the wings for you, no it?s not. I toldher ma?am I only see 3 and I order additional and it?s not adding up..still yelling..I told her I was going to right a review onher poor customer service on how she handled the situation..then she talked calmly?no resolution..I hung up the phone bc shestill yelled at me come to find out my shrimp egg roll wasn?t in the bag either..there food is good but the customer service isbeyond horrible. I highly do not recommend this restaurant at all. The staff is rude. The manager swears at you. I ordered food to be delivered... to my house and when I got it number one chow mein is supposed to be a noodle dish. Everywhere else that I order it it is anoodle dish. Also when you order online you have to separately look at their menu to be able to see that it does not havenoodles it does not state that anywhere on their online ordering. Given the range of reviews I thought I would give this place a try. Unfortunately the food was not great. While it was ready... fast as the name implies it was bland and some things were poorly done. The fried rice had no flavor, for those worried aboutMSG there definitely is none in the rice. The lo main was not super oily but had no sauce the flavor just wasn't there. The eggrolls weren't bad but which is a plus. The dumplings were a problem though as I ordered fried dumplings and it looks like tosave time they threw steamed dumplings into a pan for half a second and called it good. Maybe they put a focus on other dishesbut I couldn't taste anything special in what I ordered. Sadly I guess I'll just get panda express next time I want somethingsimilarly quick with some flavor. Pretty horrible honestly. You can get better Chinese food at any mall. Don?t bother. Foods cheap for a reason.
