This is one of the only Dunkin locations we go to in the entirety of Jacksonville. We don?t live near this location, but my mom... has chemo near by. The quality of food and drink here is always exceptional, but BETTER than even that is the service andkindness by the people here. Brooke, specifically, is extraordinary. She is always so kind and friendly, no matter how our dayis she remembers us and goes above and beyond to treat not only us but everybody there with kindness and wonderful service.Thank you Brooke and the rest of the people at this location! Went to the dunkin on gate and I always have great service there however today I went and this is how full my drink was... immediately at the drive through and then after all the foam dissipated, I was on my way to work and couldn?t drive back so Iwent to another location on beymedows and even after showing them pictures and recipes they charged me for another. I?ve never had better customer service anywhere!!!! Nick is AMAZING! So kind, so sweet, never gets your order wrong. It?s the... most efficient drive through - you never have to wait! He?s running things WELL!!!! Not sure what Nicks role is but if he?s notmanagement, he should be. If he is, y?all need to give him his own store! This Dunkin' Doughnuts shop is relatively new. It is clean and more spacious than many (most) of the Dunkin' doughnut... locations. On the day I visited, service was a little slow for some reason. There were about 3 people in line. it took about 10minutes to place the order and another while to actually get the cup of coffee that I had ordered. The plain cake doughnut wasvery fresh?although disappointed no pumpkin doughnuts were available. Most of the doughnuts had lots of sugar and topping but Iwas grateful there was a plain one left. There is plenty of space to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry. Read more
Shout out to Brook for being so kind and sweet to my pup today. I came in with my husky, Brook was quick to take my order and... before I even asked, offered my pup whip cream with bacon on it. Had to come leave a review because this Dunkin literally hands down has THEE BEST customer service ?? Always super sweet to me,... told me to have a beautiful day, the coffee is always on point!! No matter whether I go inside or the drive thru, I get the sameexcellent experience. I'm so happy it's right down the street from me ???????????????? I "treat" myself by walking there with mytoddler in the stroller. Just have nothing but nice things to say about this location. Keep up the amazing work! One of the better Dunkin' locations I've been to. Nice, spacious modern interior with plenty of seating and power outlets inside... to get some work done while enjoying a coffee. Nice covered patio with outdoor seating as well. Nice polite staff and efficientservice. Will be back. Read more
