Loud and slow service. Food is basic, you get what you expect.
Philly standard Dunkin' Donuts but the staff here is much more attentive and friendly than normal :-) I'm used to getting my... drinks or donuts and getting a fairly still response but these folks almost always offer a smile and a genuine how are you.Donuts are kept well stocked as a reasonably so up to closing and beverages are always good. This particular Dunkin? site has been absolutely disappointing. On several accounts I have ordered drinks not mixed correctly... and not having enough of the actual coffee in them. As well as the donuts always being dry and having barely any frosting onthem...like, small half inch lines of frosting. Not only that, but throwing donuts into a bag carelessly and letting the littlefrosting just wipe off on the bottom of the bag and make a mess. No napkin or anything. I would rather take the time to driveoff the base to the next store than attend this one again. Read more

I don?t usually write bad reviews but the service here was terrible. Both of the people working here weren?t paying attention to... the fact that there were customers waiting and it took several minutes for someone to come to the register. Then while I waswaiting for my sandwich I dropped my coffee, and instead of at least offering to help they watched me clean it up myself withnapkins. Then they charged me for a replacement coffee. Maybe I?m just grumpy because I NEEDED that coffee but the wholeexperience was pretty terrible. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised with how quick my service was. The cashier was very patient and helpful with my order as well. The... cold latte looked great and my Americano was good, extremely smooth and perked me up perfectly. Read more
Really wish they had a drive-thru but still a great place to get some breakfast quickly. The line is a little bit long in the... mornings but you can get in and out in less than 10 minutes. Read more
