Love their ice mocha coffee. I am giving 4 stars only because I ran into 1 lady that use to work the drive thru she had a very... very bad attitude. She would mess up my order everytime and tell me it's not that big of a deal..I don't see her anymore sohopefully she is gone. The rest of the staff is awesome. Read more

What?s the point in having a dining room/lobby if it?s never open?..This only subjects customers to have to sit in their drive... thru line that takes 40 years to get through?. Which is stupid?they also microwave most of their breakfast which you can do athome?this place is a rip off and the manager doesn?t help her staff I will be reaching out to corporate because this place donot value you trust me or even appreciate your hard earned money! Ordered through app walked in to get my order. Stood by mobile orders sign waiting for assistance. 3 employees looked directly ... at me and never said hello or attempted to ask what i needed. After a couple of minutes i asked one girl ? is there anyoneworking mobile orders?? She says ?oh what did you order?? This morning I went to this store, I wait for almost 30 minutes. The customer service was really bad, I paid for a donut and... they didn't have it also they gave me a disgusting cold bagel with cream cheese. I am frequent customer of DD and I always saythat DD is much better than other but since this experience I will think 10 times before visit Dunkin Donuts. Read more
TERRIBLE WAITED 20 mins for distasteful FOOD!!! THE SANDWICH WAS COLD LIKE IT WAS MADE EARLIER AND SOMEONE REFUSED AND GAVE IT... TO ME !!! THE HASHBROWNS WERE REMADE AND I CAN TELL BY THE TASTE !!
