My bagel & cream cheese was dry. You couldn't even tell there was cream cheese on it ????. Also my frozen drink had more liquid... than it was frozen. There was 4 homeless people in the parking lot asking for money. Read more

Tried to order 3 different drinks & 2 different snacks which were all not available. I drink I was able to get was bitter, not... "sweet & creamy". Now I understand why the Starbucks down the block is always busy. Read more
Had a nice time at Dunkin' on Dunn Ave Very nice,efficient staff,who all seemed to have good attitudes.There was a " happy... vibe,"the minute you walked in! We were greeted with big smiles & warm words.So rare these days,in the fast food industry! Oursandwiches were just as we ordered & arrived quickly.The place was very clean & the coffee was fresh.5 stars for thisone.Someone really knows how to run a place right! Read more
Dunkin has a very functional App which is very helpful in avoiding long lines. Especially in the mornings. Dunkin also has a... very good rewards it's not uncommon to see 2X and 3X for various items. It all adds up. ? Update: Drive thru lines can getlong at this location. But, very good service! Read more
Try the pumpkin balls! Was looking for something different for Halloween theme, certainly found the perfect thing... Donuts that... looked like spiders...simply cute. Received such good service, restaurant was clean and nicely decorated in Halloween theme, the young men were patient and kind when i asked for a photograph of donuts decorated like a spider! ONE OF THE WORST DUNKINSssss Went inside. No enthusiasm, walking slow to give orders as if there's not about 6 other customers... waiting. None are communicating with one another therefore all are confused. I guess they give special treatment because onegirl (I believe she works there and was off) came in no order, wasn't picking up an order and had a guy make her a drink forfree. Lucky her. Read more
