The outside is filthy! Not sure if it's the manager's or the owner's responsibility but it's indicative of businesses who are... only concerned about the profits and don't care how it looks outside! Saw 4 employees taking out the trash, one of them only hadone piece of cardboard...it appears as if they were trying to get out of working the inside because the drive thru was full ofcars!!!! Went inside to order and was told I HAD to use the kiosk and no one could take my order (as she continued to put outcup tops !!!!) Went thru drive thru! Took pictures of the outside, lots of trash in area near window, glass walls haven't beencleaned since day one, the traffic pole is leaning where a car sideview mirror could be damaged by it, the sidewalk from backdoor looks like mold, mildew and sticky stuff!!! NO pride of work place. Since the outside looks so filthy makes me wonderwhat the inside kitchen looks like. If I were the owner, I'd consider getting another manager who is better suited topositively represent the franchise and is customer oriented! Read more
Coffee is good, a few people u get great customer service from but overall the lines are too long most of the time. Should come... up with a better system to get the drive through moving quicker. Read more
Got here at 1130am on a Friday. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant a hash brown and a Boston cream donut. It took them... about 10 minutes to let me know that they ran out of croissants and I requested a bagel instead. It took them over 14 minutes tomake my hash browns and my now sausage egg and cheese bagel. Place was extremely filthy and dirty with loud music and manyemployees walking around looking busy not actually working. If you go there be careful because even with the drive-thru if youorder anything hot as far as food they make you park and then you got to go inside and get your food and that takes anotherwhile. Sadly to say I've been to over 50 Dunkin' Donuts from Massachusetts all the way down the Florida and this is by far theworst one. Read more
Absolutely terrible customer service! From the order taker to the guy at the window! I went there at 10am for an iced coffee and... breakfast sandwich. Said they were only doing coffee and donuts. I have never heard of Dunkin Donuts to stop serving food at aspecific time. I got my iced coffee and it tasted so rotten! When I got home I had to dump it. I will never return to thislocation! Wouldn't come here if it weren't for T-Mobile Tuesdays QR codes... This particular location always has slow service, drive thru... especially. Once I had a hair in my donut. Or try going on and there's no counter service, you HAVE to use the kiosk (line forit) . Just left the drive thru ordering a pumpkin cold brew. She confirmed "cold brew". Me, not knowing anything about what thedrinks are and such (trying something new) went along with it. Paid and pulled off, after a 10-15 min wait in the drive thrumind you, only to find that all I was rung up for was a cold brew-cold coffee tastes like :( Read more
This is by far the best Dunkin? around. Anytime I?ve ordered on the app, by the time I get there it?s ready. The people there... are awesome, hard working and knows exactly what regulars want and how they want it. My coffee is always made the way I love it.Love this location! Read more
If I could give a -5 stars I would! I have never had a problem when I visited this location. However this morning was the... worse experience ever! On my way to WORK I went through the drive thru. My order was taken immediately. When I turned thecorner the car in front of me had pulled to the window. I saw her get something from the clerk. They were talking & anotherclerk came to the window & they were all talking. I'm thinking she was waiting on an order but NO!!! After about 8 minutes shewaved & drove off! I was livid & still mad! This is totally unacceptable! I told the clerk after she decided to open the windowthat that woman should have come in! I also told her she could keep that sh#t because I didn't want it!! Took a while for the food. Most of the hash browns were smashed. The croissant didn't taste great. The apple fritter was good... and they do discounts for military and VA and a seniors discount so those are positives. Read more
