The coffee here is pretty consistent, but I dread going here (I only do because it?s a quarter mile from my house and very... convenient) because several of the employees have terrible attitudes. Today, when I handed back my coffee to the lady at thewindow saying this isn?t what I ordered, she looked away and mumbled under her breath, ?you said yes when I asked if you wantedcream and sugar.? Unacceptable behavior. I immediately said I?m sorry and that I didn?t hear her, but I didn?t understand herattitude and how she thinks that?s acceptable customer service. She then went on to tell me that she asked me to check the boardto ensure my order was correct. I told her I didn?t hear her and apologized again. This is the second time I?ve had a terribleinteraction with her and quite frankly I am surprised she is still employed there. This lady should not be customer facing withher poor attitude and inability to provide quality customer service (even if the customer is wrong.) Having worked in numerousstorefront roles, I can safely say that this person would have been terminated in all establishments that I worked in.Inexcusable attitude and behavior. Read more
Lady at the cashier was very rude over the mic. Snatched my card out my hand. Completely unprofessional! She had so many... piercings in her nose I thought a ring was going to drop in my drink. I?ll continue to go to OP location! Read more
The girl at the window today was so great and positive. Even gave our dogs pup cups without us requesting them. Iced latte was... good too. Read more
The service isn't bad but it can the drive thru can get pretty usy during the week.
How do you mess up coffee? Twice! The first time, ordered two large iced coffees with French vanilla LIGHT AND SWEET. They were... neither light or sweet. Called manager because we already pulled away and had to be somewhere. They said they would remake thecoffees for next time and put the note on office door. The second time, pull up to get our remakes. Ordered the same thing. Notonly did they mess it up AGAIN, but Kayla the manager had an attitude about redeeming our remakes. Absolutely horrible service! I stopped in after getting my new license at the DMV just across the parking lot. I was greeted and given great service! I just... moved to the area from out of state and was sad to find out locations here don?t make my favorite donut that I always got backhome. The staff here was kind enough to accommodate me and made my favorite donut for me! It made my day! Great staff and greatservice! Read more
