I called to place an order on 10/26 for pick up today 10/27, of course when I get there the order wasn't taken nor ready. Ariana... the Manager not only had the worst attitude but put her hand up suggesting she didn't want to hear what I had to say. Ma'am ifyou do not want to hear about the mistakes your employees made--then do not be a Manager! Manager's are supposed to have anapproachable persona this chick obviously didn't! Very slow service. I placed my order for a latte at 940am. Wanted till 10am to get my drink. While 3-4 people Who placed... orders after me got drinks before me. Place was clean staff was friendly but 20 mins for a drink. Read more
I went to this location at Atlantic Boulevard in girvin Road on October 3rd 2022 at 8:00 a.m.. they were not very busy and they... were not very professional. I ordered a large hot coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The croissant was burnt andfalling apart look like somebody cut the croissant with a chainsaw and the coffee was scorched. This has happened on multipleoccasions at this location. It seems like the employees are more worried about their rap music then then for fighting customerswith good quality service. No problem with donuts apart from barely any apple in them.Employees were working hard. Hash brows burnt and cold. Asked them to... replace them. They did again burnt and cold .6 tots mashed together in a lump. Disappointing as it's a bit pricey. Publix havebetter donuts! Read more

Never have had an issue w this location even though it?s not my regular location. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese... Croissant it came out burnt. The egg with soggy,the only thing that was done right was the sausage. If I wasn?t already back atwork and starving. I would have went back. Next time I will be checking my food before I leave the window. Sorry to whom everwill be behind me, you may need to check yours too. Read more
I hadn't been in DD's for many years. I did miss the coffee counter right in front of the donuts. I also missed the large... variety we could choose from. This was a nice food experience. The variety we had was tasty and I guess I have to get used toordering special coffee. Very clean and very pleasant! Hard to hear through those masks. Another top notch customer experience at the Dunkin on Atlantic past Kerman. Although I?ve come to expect excellent customer... service at this location Michael (with Maddy?s support) went above and beyond tonight. I SQUEAKED in moments before they closedand, instead of refusing me service (which I half expected because that?s what most people would have done) Michael went aboveand beyond to make sure my order was perfect in every way possible.
