This location should be closed. There was a child running through the store and behind the counter. Employees were sitting if... not socializing. There were two young ladies working the window. I bought a frozen coffee with double shot espresso, and my coffee was watered down. With no shot of espresso. I called spoke to... Christine and she said to come in and replace it. I go up there, and I?m given an attitude by the cashier. He gave me the thirddegree. One of the girls remakes my coffee tells me that it has double shot of espresso in it .There?s no whip cream still andit tastes lousy. I will not be going there again. They shorted me 2 donuts and then wanted the receipt. I ordered online under my name and drove up there and told me oh you must... of ordered from Blanding in OP. So I drove all the way there. Instead of calling, wouldn't call and check it for me and I forgotmy phone! They didn't have my order. This location did because it was under my boyfriend's name. Nobody was there so You'dthink they'd notice my order just sitting there. I get home my coffee watered-down. Missing 2 donuts. She wouldn't replace the2 donuts. I ordered delivery from this dunkin because it was the only one available on postmates I wanted the 103rd location. The first... item on my receipt was 10 assorted munchkins for my son and I to share after he had his egg and cheese english muffin. I nevergot the munchkins they didn't even care to check my order. I only ordered 4 items and they left out the biggest one. When Itried to call for help no one would answer the phone please do not order from this dunkin the employees do not care and mycoffee wasn't even as good as it usually is from the other locations. *****????Awesome Brand Representation******???? I ordered from another location via the mobile app on Thanksgiving morning and... turns out that location on 103rd Street is closed today and no one was able to help me via the corporate line. I decided todrive a mile away and see if the other location near us had been pushed the order and they fulfilled it. To my surprise MsBianca the store manager on duty had not received the order but stopped her crew gathered them together and fulfilled my orderon the spot with no questions asked. Not often do you see a great representation of overall decency but customer service andbrand representation. This one is at the top of the list for today. Definitely give them your businessfolks........................................So glad this location was there. Very convenient but kind of hidden. It's rightaround the corner from my wife's work so it's going to be easy to access. Staff was very nice and location was very clean.
