Online order. No hash browns , no sausage. Normally trucks and Oreo are overnight. 9am no excuse . Surprised they had coffee.... This location sucks! Never again. The rep was nice though. Read more

the dunkin on Southside blvd i go to every Monday through Friday and weekend sometime but I will only go to the one on Southside... blvd they are fast very respectful and have my order ready wen I get there I love the couple that works there they are all greatonly ppl in the morning at like 5am shift I go st 5am or 6 or 6:30 am and that crew is my 2nd family love them Read more

How hard is it to keep straight who gets what coffee when it's 1-by-1 in the drive thru line? I ordered a coffee with 2 splendas... in it and got something with 5 sugars and French vanilla flavoring. I'm diabetic. If I drank the whole thing, I'd have beensleeping all day, and because it's morning and I have places to be, I couldn't just go back and spend fifteen minutes in thedrive thru to get it fixed. If there was an option to put zero stars, I would choose that option because when I came to this Dunkin? Donuts, they gave me a... bacon, egg and cheese wrap cold. The cheese wasn?t even melted and when we asked to have a refund, they said that they couldn?tdo that there was only two employees there and the manager was not there. Speaker box was broken. Waited 20 mins and there was only 3 cars in front of me, paid, then didn?t get my coffee bc I had to... get to work (they were gonna make me wait longer and it would of made me late). I don?t blame general staff for this, butwhoever is running the op needs to get that fixed. Don?t understand how an operation can run so inefficiently. And this was onSaturday morning and not busy.
