Second time my wife ordered the bagel with cream cheese. Is there a cream cheese shortage idk about? I asked at the window for a... thing of extra cream cheese, and it would have been $2! As a customer who spends $3000 a year (verifiable), at this location. I will not be returning. The quality of the donuts have... went downhill to the point they're inedible, taste and feels like wet bread. Sandwiches are the same way, chewy fatty bacon thathas to be spit out. Kids always love coming here. It makes their day. Staff was all joyful and smiling. Which was great to see. They did only have... like 6 different types of doughnuts available as we wanted a dozen. I wish they would have more options as far as differenttypes of doughnuts. They were missing coffee doughnuts, powdered, chocolate frosted, and eclairs. I'm sure they were missingmore but those are the ones that I noticed. It was around 430pm to shed more light on the situation. But the lobby area was niceand clean and stocked. Read more

Disgusting, their coffee tap stopped working so he started dunking a cup, with no gloves into the tank of premade coffee and... poured it into drinks. This is how all the drinks are being made right now at this moment. I thew my coffee away immediatelyafter seeing this. Read more

Today marks my 3rd visit to this location that they have barely any product. Every time I've visited, I've been looking for... munchkins however, was let down each time as we were told "no, we don't have munchkins today". I have tried to give them 2nd &3rd chances however, its truly undeserving. They have NEVER had any. This location clearly needs a complete makeover inemployees, starting at management. No manager should allow a empty display rack. Read more

They?ve always had bad customer service there. Even with 16 people working behind the counter. But now they hit a new low?. They... taped a sign on their front door saying ?for anyone being negative toward our staff, put in an application if you think you cando better.? We read the sign, turned around and left. Didn?t even go in. You all aren?t getting our money with thatattitude. Now your level of professionalism is as bad as your customer service. The management there need a serious educationon how to run a business. They should be embarrassed. As should the company for having one of their locations represent theirbrand that way. Read more

Appalling customer service. I went through the drive-thru three hours after the store was supposed to be closed and was informed... that they do not sell food after 8pm. My response was: ?Then what do you sell?? I was then refused service, told to ?read thesign?, and to ?get up out [their] drive-thru?. The owner of this business doesn?t understand the concept of a franchise. Posting signs like that included in this review, only serving drinks (no food) during times when the store is supposed to beclosed, and refusing service because you don?t like a customer?s tone (not because the customer was at all inappropriate), areall either actual violations of franchise terms or instances of unacceptable behavior that require corporate remediation. Ifyou are unable to understand or abide by the requirements of owning a franchise?don?t own one. This type of customer experiencereflects poorly on every other Dunkin? location and damages the reputation of the entire franchise. Read more
