I?ve avoided writing this review for a while hoping that my experiences were just flukes. But it?s become so consistent that my... bad experiences are more common than good, so I have to share. This is probably one of the busiest DD?s I?ve ever been to.Which would lead one to believe that the crew is a well oiled machine. This is not the case. The morning crew in particularstruggles DAILY. They always seem disgruntled and irritated. Today, I ordered a cold brew coffee. I took one sip and couldimmediately tell they were re-brewing their grounds and my cup must?ve been from their 3rd or 4th brew. It was awful. There goes$5... From that to adding things to drinks despite the ticket from a mobile order saying exactly what needs to be in it, it?sjust disappointing. Like I said, these poor moments are far more common than the good ones. This morning crew needs serioustraining. If you asked me a few months ago, I would?ve given this place 3-4 stars but now it?s falling downhill. This morning I ordered... ahead? this was my experience: both 6 count hash browns were burnt, they didn?t have croissants so I had to change my sandwichbread. I have had nothing but GREAT experiences at this dunkin. They're quick, polite, and make the drinks correctly. This morning, I... ordered 3 assorted munchkins and since they were out, the employee gave me two WHOLE donuts and munchkins. The customer serviceis top tier. Their cappuccino blasts are also phenomenal! I'm from up north where every dunkin is a baskin combo so I was soexcited to have this one. All in all, a really well-run dunkin! Read more
Most of the time the customer service is bad. I think that is due to the young employees who were not taught how to speak to... people at home or by the manager. I remember being told " we we ain't got no pumpkin Donuts." They never have decaf lattes. Younever know if the ice tea is going to "make your teeth hurt" because it's too sweet or if it is going to just taste weird(probably the water). You are lucky if they have the donut you want. Went in with my two kids, no other customers around and all 5 employees stood around laughing, on their phones. They saw me, but... continued to ignore me. I waved at them and one girl waved back then laughed and told one guy to come to us. This took about 3-4minutes. He came over and muttered something. As I was ordering, this kid just walked off. He went back to talk some more withhis co workers then came back with no apology. I should've walked out but my kids wanted doughnuts. Just left this most disrespectful, unorganized, and sarcastic place. In front of my husband, the new employee was told to ignore... rude people. My husband told them he was not being rude he was telling the associate what he ordered on the mobile app becauseshe asked. Our order was not ready and apparently they did not know what he ordered. Our drinks were not full. Another personstepped up to him. My husband asked what her name was and she said she didn?t have to tell him. She told my husband to tellmanagement ?that it was a black curly haired woman.? So here ya go management. She?s the rude one and needs some customerservice training. We will never go back. I ordered a matcha latte over Dunkin's app to be picked up at this location. My husband picked it up and brought it back home... after waiting 20 mins, 10 mins after ordering, and obviously this is not a matcha latte. Read more
I ordered a large hot tea with cream and sugar. Was told "we don't serve that here". I told her, "I literally got one from here... this morning". She replies, "well, I don't work the morning shift so I don't know what they do there". She supposedly asked hermanager who also didn't know how to make a hot tea with cream and sugar. I just drove off. If you don't know how to do thatorder, find another job. Read more
