Usually , I don't write bad review, however my experience with Dominos was the most ridiculous one. I have ordered 2 large... cheese pizza at 10.30 for pick up time at 11:45. In the app it says preparing status..I went the store to pick up at 12:10. Theysaid there were so many pizza order that day and they called me(!) To get confirmation which I didn't get a call at all, sosince I didn't answer their call(!) , they cancelled my order. ! And they didn't give me any headsup before that exceptsupposedly they called me(!) . They could do it now but it takes 20 mins which I had a birthday party to take care of in 20mins. Our pizza was fine, but I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone when I called to place an order and find out where the... location was close to my hotel stay. Ended up having to drive there and then wait for it to be prepared. Read more

The St Johns Bluff store is HANDS DOWN better than the Baymeadows & Southside location. I will go out of my way to drive to this... store; the pizza is SO much better and the people who work here are so much friendlier & my pizza is always ready quickly at StJohns Bluff. Thank you! Read more

Dominos is my go-to place for delivery. They have a varied menu to satisfy almost any late-night craving (especially glad for... the pasta dishes) and have a very straightforward ordering process. Good food at a reasonable price with prompt delivery. Veryconvenient when I'm working at my desk and don't want to go running around at 10 pm. It saves me time the next day too becauseI always order for tomorrow's lunch. I like how I'm able to watch the progress of my order and for the text message updates. So on 5/20/22 I called the store to try to place a take out order. The guy took my order and told me it was over $20. I asked... why, especially since I ordered the $6.99 pick up and only was ordering 2 pizzas. He informed me that cheese(cheddar) is nowcharged extra and it is not included in the two toppings that you get. I asked him to read to me what toppings were included andnot charged extra. He responded by smacking his teeth and saying ?man? and then hung the phone up. I know how restaurants hate it when someone comes in 5 minutes before closing time. But 1 hour and 45 minutes before? That... should be acceptable. I called to place an order and the person inside picks up the phone and leaves it hanging so as to nottake any more orders. This happened 4 times. Then I pull up in front of the restaurant to see if its still open and it is. Icall in again and the guy is upset that a customer dare call an order in. He sees im outside and reluctantly and harshly takesthe order "whatdaya want?" Seriously!? Is it too much to ask to get a a tortilla with red sauce and cheese on it? Is thecustomer a nuance nowadays?
