I've ordered from this place a couple of times. They're usually slow at getting the order to you. You can wait 45 minutes to an... hour. I ordered today and I was shocked. I ordered at 1130 AM. By 1 PM I still hadn't gotten my order. I called to check on itand it was still 10 minutes from being given to a delivery driver . I just cancelled my order. An hour and a half wait isridiculous and it would have been closer to 2 hours by the time I got it. Order from Pizza Hut or Papa John's. They may nottaste as good but you'll actually get your food. We love this particular Dominos, it never disappoints. Always arrives quick, hot and delicious.
They're insanely good about making sure your order is right and ready in time. I have only had one issue with their two-minute... guarantee since it started. Definitely take advantage of any deals Domino's has. Read more

If I could give a negative 20 I would ! I placed an order with dominoes on Arlington road on Jacksonville fl at 3:31 with and... estimated delivery time of 415. At 4:37 I called into inquire the status of my order . I was told a driver was just about totake it. I asked how long it would be and was placed on hold. I was then told the pizza was just being put in the oven. Iexpressed that at that point in the call it had been 25 min over the delivery time so I asked how I would be compensated. Theemployee ( a female ) caught an attitude was yelling at me and being flat out rude. The only thing she cared to speak about washow far behind they were and that the were trying their best . She basically said she was tired of repeating this to people whocalled in. As a customer, that's not my problem! I had 5 kids waiting on pizza who at that point were starving. I asked to speakto a manager and instead she put me on the phone with a driver who was also just as rude as her . He also kept cutting me offand raising his voice. If she was unable to put me on the phone with a manager all she had to do with communicate that in whichshe never did. The driver (male) was also argumentative and ended up hanging up on me. The staff is just absolutely rude anddisrespectful and have no training on customer service. The manager didn't really offer any immediate compensation for the poorcustomer service, experience , or late order. He offered a credit to the account which I do not feel is enough for what I had toexperience. My order didn't officially arrive until 5:12pm . I am highly unsatisfied with the experience . While my food was hotand fresh the experience and customer service was just distasteful! I do not want a credit I want a refund. Read more
Horrible service, I ordered a pizza but I couldn't eat it, it tasted like flip flops. The ingredients look like they were from... weeks ago. Really very bad experience. I don't come back anymore. Read more
Ordered 10/21 around 9pm a pepperoni pan pizza amd some garlic knots. I recieved hand tossed pepperoni and garlic knots. The guy... repeated my order back to me when I called for delivery and was correct so I'm not sure where they messed up. Maybe they werebusy after the jags game. Pizza was cut very sloppy as well. Not that I really cared about that. I just expect to receive whatI got up charged for. Always double check your order. The delivery guy was gone by the time I checked. Ate half anyway since itwasn't worth the wait at that time on a sunday for another, but was worth my time for this simple review. Wish I could of done 5stars. Read more
