I give this location 5! Last 3 times I have ordered it was automated - easy- pizza tracker is cool and all 3 times arrived hot... and fresh! Best delivery and quality in the area. County rd 210 location thumbs up! Read more

This place is going down hill. 8 months ago this place was easily 4 stars. Now they have messed up 3 of my last 4 orders. From... not putting on the toppings, to making the wrong size(how does that happen?). Anyway, after about 20 orders from here, 3 of thelast 4 made me wonder why I keep coming back. Read more

Ordered a pizza on a Friday. We watched the tracker for over an hour as it was stuck on the "quality check" portion of the... delivery. But then they simply canceled the order. When we called, they told us they were too busy and simply canceled theorder. When we called, it took forever to talk to ta human and when we did, we were put on hold/hung up on. Really badcustomer service. Bu the pizza is good so here is my advice - Order from here is you have time to spare - especially on aweekend night. Chances are they will be behind on delivery and you will automatically get a free pizza. In fact, that's why Ithink they cut orders when they are busy -- they know they are going to lose money in free pizzas. But if you're someone whoneeds it now - this is not the place for you. Ordered 3 pizzas for lunch for my crew using the online service and received an estimated time of 20-30 minutes. Arrived in... about 27 minutes so I could pay for the order and get the pizzas fresh only to find out my order hadn't even been started on.Terrible service. Read more

Ordered last night, according to "tracker" pizza came out of over and was checked at 6:51. Left store 7:07. Arrived 7:52,... cold, dry AWFUL. The boxes were covered in wet grease as if someone.eone else's grease or butter dip spilled all over it. Absolutely awful. Awful. Gross. Read more

Over 2 hours to get pizzas. The unsolicited "Your delivery was not what we hoped for" email with a 20% off coupon was just... insulting! Next time just refund the $5 dollar "delivery fee" you charge for any delivery that takes longer than an hour to getout the door. Read more

Probably not ordering Dominos for a while after this experience. Ordered at 8:50 pm on Sunday, got my order at 11 pm and it was... all cold. It was probably sitting out for over an hour. My order was marked as delivered and it wasn't delivered until 30minutes later, I called the shop to see where it was, because I wasn't sure if it was even going to arrive. The employee on thephone was obviously annoyed and over her job. She just told me the tracker wasn't working and my order was on its way. I guessno one knows how to use phones. Just a simple call saying your delayed helps a ton. Or calling your driver to see where he isat, and then calling the customer with an update isn't a bad way to help. I work in customer service, it is essential. I reachedout to Dominos with my experience and I still haven't received a response. Just overall such a poor experience. Read more

Ordered by phone. Automated. Not a horrible experience. But, it said it was going to be 55-65 minutes. Crazy, but okay, it is... Saturday night. Get here at 65 minutes, and they say it is going to be 20-25 MORE minutes. Employees appear unhappy, becausethey are understaffed. One of the first rules of customer service is don't promise more than you can deliver. This was a big,fat Fail. I gave it the extra star because the employees do not seem to be at fault. Management is not staffing appropriately. Iexpect that is due to low wages. They need to do better. I recommend looking elsewhere for your pizza. Read more
