Half of our food was over cooked. The other half was under cooked. My silverware had food on it.... twice. The waitress never... came back to check on us during our meal so I never got refills. But the guy who seated us was nice, he cleaned our table andmade sure the checkout line was moving quickly. I think he was also taking to go orders. He did a great job. Read more
Lord! Disgusting ain?t the word, but beyond disgusting. We went there to get breakfast, and of course there?s a wait. No... problem, places are under staff?My niece is 1 so of course she likes fries. I kid you not, there was a fried Q-Tip in the fries.Did not want refund the money back but wanted to remake the food! It was ok. We had to wait over thirty minutes to be seated, & our waitress was a bit disturbing. Our coffee was all over the... mugs, The food was good but the presentation was not appealing at whatsoever. The Oreo milkshake was great though. The bathroomswere the WORST!! No tissue, paper towels, trash was everywhere as if they hadn't been cleaned in days. Read more
The staff was so nice and friendly, ronda getted me at the door and made sure that I was happy with my food and I had all I... needed to enjoy my meal. We had no problems at restaurant. We were seated quickly and our order was taken timely. Food was good. We did observe the ONLY... server was being questioned rudely by an other couple. Do not know their problem, but they were taking it out on the server.Many of the following customers were delayed in being seated and served. The apparent manager did come out and help. They, likemost small businesses are in need of help. Our experience was fine, but I imagine the day went down hill. Be kind to yourserver, usually your problem was not caused by them. Read more
