We will never come to this restaurant again. Took our waitress forever to order our drinks. A family that was seated way after... us received food before us and by the same waiter then was told part of our food wasn?t ready. The food that we did receive wascold, uncooked and soggy. We ordered the French Toast slam. The French toast was soggy, sausage wasn?t cooked all the way(therewas pink on the inside) and everything was cold. I don?t understand how good can be cold when you immediately bring it out.Waitress didn?t wait to see if it was good or not. She immediately walked away. We barely ate any of the food we paid for. Whenwe went to pay and leave we went to make a complaint which the manager was immediately defensive. She tried saying that thesausage comes in precooked and they just heat it up. Yes I know that but still it shouldn?t be pink on the inside and be cold.It may come in precooked but you still have to cook it. I can do a much better job than they can and I use real food. Like realscrabbled eggs. The manager gave us a 20% discount. Ooh yeah! Still never coming here again. My husband even got sick off yourdisgusting food. Read more
We will never be back here! Just spent $30 and ate less than 4 bites of food. When our food hit the table, all our meats were... cold, like been sitting there for a while cold! The sausage was still pink on the inside, how?! The French toast was a soggy anddisgusting lump of mess. I have wanted to vomit for the last 30 mins, and it's just getting worse. Seriously, the mostdisgusting meal we could had EVER attempted to eat. The manager didn't make anything better, just kept making excuses. "Oh,well the food is pretty cooked". Ya, precooked food isn't fully cooked, you still have to finish cooking it. It's like they tookour food from the packaging and just plopped it on our plates. I ordered the moon's over myhammy with hash browns and coffee. The sandwich was perfect and hot. The hash browns were great and... of course the coffee was good with hazelnut creamers. Service was good considering they were busy around 10am. Read more
Oh my. What can I say? Well, the outside of the building appeared ran down and dirty. There was graffiti in areas including... walls and sidewalks. The landscaping was full of weeds, and landscape plants hadn't been cared for in years. Most were dead ordying. There were two homeless people outside the building loitering. Upon entering the building, the area just looked dirty andsmelled stale. Areas of the ceiling were stained and water was condensing and dripping from the air conditioning unit. It was abit warmer inside the building than what was comfortable. The food wasn't too bad. The server did her best. Music playing insidethe restaurant was more appealing to a young crowd than the 75 percent of customers that were much older than the crowd beingaccommodated. Upon visiting the ladies restroom, there were two out of three stalls tagged to not be used. It was dirty. Myhusband went to the men's bathroom and there was a homeless person in there bathing from the sink. It took a long amount of timeto get our food and once finished we had to wait about as long for the bill to pay and go. After exiting the store, we bothobserved a male approaching our direction. He also appeared homeless and was asking for money in an assertive way and notmaintaining a comfortable distance from us. It was all very odd. We will NEVER return to this restaurant again. If it was possible to give it less than one star I would. The biscuits might as well have been hockey pucks. The chicken tasted... like it was under a half working heat lamp. The hash browns were pretty burnt along with the bacon and sausage. They were out ofmost stuff we asked for. The best thing about this place is how many parking spots are available. Should have taken that as ahint. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Read more
This is a split vote service, restaurant and food. First the service. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess who turned out... to be the manager and sat us right away and took our drink order. The place was not busy as we were only one of four tables withguests. The server came and asked if we were ready to order... this not a minute after we sat down. Asking for more time shereturned again within a few moments, again we asked for a few more minutes... when ready guess who we couldn't find? That'sright. Finally another server Deshya stopped and began her excellent service supported by her manager a real 5 ? team. By theway the first server never showed up again. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken but guess what? No onions, mushrooms, peppers justchicken, potatoes and Broccoli... decided on creating a 4 choice Sampler Platter $12.69 at best 2 ? as everything was bland andtasteless. Bill ordered the Lumber Jack Slam $10.99 3 ? . Tick tock tick tock tick tock almost 30 minutes and my platter cameout without chicken nuggets and Bills without toast.to top it off the sunny side eggs were over cooked and everything was coolto the touch so the kitchen gets 2 ?. Now the restaurant it's self. It is dated, dark, depressing and old. The parking are islarge but dirty as is the uninspiring entry and building so 2 ?. We don't want to beat up on any establishment but with theexception of the manager and Deshya this location could get 2 ?... sorry but time for Denny's to take a serious look at thisplace. Gotta love the grand slams, but the Cali sandwich with avocado is really really good with lots of turkey, avocado, crispy bacon... and fries. YUM. Not food related, but the floors are filthy, grimey, slippery, sticky and a coat of gunk on them. The placecould use a deep clean. Read more
