I?ve gotten food through the drive thru a couple of times here. Every-time it has been excellent. I usually get the deluxe... butter burger with onion rings and a root beer. In my opinion, it?s a perfect combo. The burger is very flavorful. The onionsrings are nice and crispy. The service is always quick and the staff friendly. No matter how many times we come everything is 5 ?. Parking at this location is excellent as is the order accepting staff. Good... is delicious and delivered to your table by caring employees with a smile. Bill ordered the Culver's Deluxe Butter Burger whichis a meal in it's self and an outstanding 5 ?. I had the 10 piece shrimp dinner and was only able to eat half and as good as itgets so 5 ?. If you love good fast food then Culver's should be top's on your list. Read more

Great customer service! An employee opened the door for us and as we walked out an employee made sure to tell us 'have a nice... day'. We got our order brought to the table by another employee and he made sure to ask us if we needed anything else. The sodaand condiment area was clean. The food was great! I wanted to give this place a try since they've opened. I literally live 1 minute from it. Unfortunately, I've had two mishaps... that are unacceptable. First, I had ordered a meal that was veggie burger, onion rings, and a mixer. The mixer was just ok andthe onion rings were burnt. The kicker was that they gave me a chicken sandwich, not a veggie burger. How can you not tell thedifference? So, I called and spoke with manager about it. He didn't seem to think it was that big of a deal by how he spoke, buthe gave me two options. Either I return and get the order fixed or he can have coupons mailed to me. I'm already settled at homeso I'm not coming out again so I settled for the latter. It's been 2 weeks. I have not gotten any coupons in the mail. To top itoff I also emailed this to headquarters. No one has gotten back in contact with me. Regardless, I wanted to get a mixer anotherday. Give that another chance. I got it. Sat in the parking lot to enjoy it and then noticed there was a hair in it. Thequestion is, I wonder if anyone is going to compensate me for these errors. I don't think I'm interested in going back and theseare not the sort of reputations you'd want when you are just starting out. Read more
