I normally do a take out when I come here. However, my daughter requested a mommy and daughter night here tonight 10/15/2022. I... arrived here at 7:55. Understanding that they are a little busy, being that I work in customer service. I notice a fewwaitresses on their phones. There was 2 families that came in after me and notice they were served before me. Keep in mind, noone said anything to me. I asked for a manager after sitting for 15 minutes and was told she was helping someone and will beright with me. I said, okay. I noticed 10 minutes later the manager never came to my table. I then got up and asked a lady canI speak to the manager not know she was the manager. The whole 10 minutes I was waiting I watched her on her phone. This isunacceptable! The fact that the manager chose to be on her phone then to even walk up to me to ask if my order was taken or hadI been help, is beyond me being that I am also in management. I am very disappointed in the service tonight. Waiting 10 minutesat a table not knowing if someone was going to come take my daughter and I order is crazy! Read more
I know this is a seafood restaurant but I am here to rave about their chicken tenders and fries. Oh my gosh they are perfect... buttermilk chicken tenders. They are soft yet slightly crunchy and so tasty. Honestly, would go again just to get them again. Idid try the scallops off of my friend's meal. That was pretty good. Read more
First of the food was delicious and the pricing was awesome. We were visiting on vacation and this will definitely be our spot... to eat good seafood. My server was awesome. He made suggestions, asked what we like, and his customer service was superb! Ican't remember his name but I remembered he is from Carrolton, GA! Shout out to you and remember, never allow someone to judgebecause of where you are at on life as opposed to where you are going! Go check this place out... you won't be disappointed!However, I deducted a star for those nasty bathroom sinks. Always great food. That's the only reason we keep going back. Wait staff is the worste. Long waits, non existent, and poor... attention to the customers. Last 2 times we went I had to go to the bar myself for additional drinks and utilize others passingby to either relay or assist with items. Waitstaff needs to wait on the customers not the other way around. Sit/stand in view.Don't be on your phone hidden or socializing at the bar. Read more
Just horrible. This new bartender was rude and obnoxious and not to mention loud. He was constantly throwing things across the... restaurant and profusely using all kinds of vulgar language as if there was not patrons there. The original waitress was nowhereto be found. Only time we saw her was when we first was seated and when the food was brought and the check of course. We waswaited on by a waitress that was not in our section. LOVED IT! Rico provided great customer service. I was dining alone on purpose and he respected my space while insuring I... received all that I requested. The food was perfect! I spent ~$30 for a half dozen oysters, a half dozen scallops (very nicelysized), hush puppies (was pleased to see that corn is in the mix) and a side of rice. 12/2/22, ordered fried catfish basket and shrimp basket, food was hot and fresh; waitress was good. Can?t give 5 stars because... the restaurant need to be closed for a serious deep cleaning and renovation. Glass front doors are filthy with dirt and fingerprints?looks like it hasn?t been cleaned in months?should be properly cleaned every day. The walls are dirty with old saucesplattered on the walls, tables are old and sticky. Booth cushions are old and out of date. Overall feels disgusting.
