So I just went to this place this past weekend on my birthday. I normally go to the one on the Southside, I went to this one... this time because I was told about the DJ on Friday nights and the environment, the reviews did this place no justice. It was somuch fun, I had a party of at least about 20 people we did use the party room. Personally I would not use the party room againbecause we were constantly going in and out to be around the DJ LOL, but all in all we had an amazing time. Our waitress namewas candy and she went above and beyond for our entire group. First I was very concerned that she would not be able to handle usall but she did all of our food was fresh, she was constantly coming to check on us make sure we had full cups and everythingthat we needed. I thought my fiance and I we're going to spend at least $200 or more but our bill came up to about $108 for thetwo of us. DJ spin was amazing he definitely kept the energy up in the air at all times hopefully I will be able to post somepictures on here. But I would definitely not recommend bringing children on a Friday night because it is definitely a clubsetting a lot of twerking competitions and me personally I'm just not going to have my kids sitting around watching that butother than that definitely go Friday night is all the way lit and take all your people with you. I honestly loved the food there up until today I am willing to give them another chance to make it right I actually ordered my... meal to go. It's kinda disheartening when you spend 24.00 on a fish and shrimp basket with coleslaw as your side and a extraside because they have the best in the city..... The shrimp are all over cooked twice cause I sent them back once and all thecoleslaws was so sour that I was Ill after the first bite???????? customer service was great. Decent food, okay prices. Constantly blasting hip-hop music makes lite conversations at the table impossible. Have to flag your... server down for refills. Mandatory gratuity added to the check for the DJ. Read more
Place was clean. Had a nice size crowd. I got a pound of snowcrabs, headless shrimps,with potatoes ,corn, and sausage seasoned... with the boom !!! Sauce. For appetizers I got 6 lemon pepper and some fried calamari. So the boom sauce was great , wing hadthat pop you expect from lemon pepper and the calamari was nice and tender . Read more
Food was good however no military discount. Sad face. As well as management is not very accommodating. I do not believe in... paying for bad service or bad food. However I find myself doing that sometimes. To celebrate a family members birthday, this washer choice, so I was there a second time. The food was good and waitress as well. Ordered veggie seafood bag and tilapia I asked before I ordered if there was any shellfish mixture because I CANT EAT SHELLFISH... I?m allergic and candy the manger told me that there wasn?t. I go home and eat the food and my throat is starting to swell up. Ithen knew I was having an allergic reaction. Called later and spoke to the manger again and she kept questioning me as if I waslying and instead of just fixing the problem. She then states maybe the fish I ordered may having been fried with theshrimp?!??! I requested a refund and hopes to get it!
