We got the flounder sandwich...it came with lettuce and mayo...No tomatoes. So, I asked for one to be added. Charged .80 for one... small slice. My fiance and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. The place was so nice and had a pleasant... atmosphere. We were so glad that we picked this restaurant instead of the 10 resto that my mom had suggested. The staff was alsovery friendly and helpful. Sorry, no photos. Chicken Fried Chicken was tough and very chewy and the gravy was not thick and fresh, watering if you will.... Coffee was too weak for my taste. The Home Fries were under cooked. The easy over easy were perfect and the French Toast wasoutstanding. Read more

The new location is a great upgrade from the prior small space. Food is the same, but the menu seems to be expanded. The... atmosphere is comfy with plenty of seating. Most of the building appears clean, but doors and other objects most often touchedappear to be filthy. Service was a tad but slow as noticed by everyone at our table, but everything was eventually delivered asrequested. Presentation of food lacks a but but the quality and taste are on par with past quality. This is comfort foodAmerican style and plenty of it. There are large and small tables for differing group sizes. When you are tired of fast food,this is a good place to find a quiet place to relax. Read more
