If you order delivery from here, just know that they have absolutely no respect for your driver. They do not allow drivers to... use the rest room. And have the drivers pick up behind a roped off area in front of the store so they can pretend they don't seethem. I frequent a lot of places that I delivered from, band like Cold Stone, but would never pick up from this one based on thetotal disrespect for the delivery drivers. Read more

Poor customer service!.. We wanted to try one of the new flavors to see if we like it, but we were told that they no longer let... the customers sample any of the flavors. We bought it and didn't like it. It was a waste of money. Bad way to do business! Read more

Delicious ice cream. Wish they would do samples so I would be more inclined to try their more adventurous options. I'm 50/50 on... the service. Half the time it's a 10/10 the other half I get kind of rude service. Not going to ding a point for that. Read more

I was so glad they were open this early. Great selection, my kids were thrilled. Clean location and the staff was kind and... patient. It cost $20 for 3 kids cups ???? and there was no indoor seating. Sitting outside caused the ice cream to melt so theydidn?t even finish it. Read more

Update: I'm not sure why they still have not opened indoor seating. It's hard to go here when the only place to sit is outside... and that is limited to a small space. I took my son and they were having a staff meeting. The manager kept almost belittling herworkers and telling them everything they can not do. I felt it was rather unprofessional to have this type of conversation withcustomers present. She also made a point to tell her workers to 'watch portions' while serving.. so if you end up getting lessice cream than you're used to, it might be management advised them to do just that. With a wide variety of ice creams and addins this is a great dessert option for both kids and adults. Their sizes are like it (small), love it (medium) and gotta have it(large). I will say their kids size and like it size are basically the same thing with the same amount of ice cream and you savemoney by just ordering the kids. They change their flavors and add new ones depending on seasons and holidays. The employees arefriendly and its never too busy. My daughter loves the big bear at the entrance and always has to stop and hug it before sheleaves. It has become a regular stop on weekends whenever the kids need a sweet treat. Read more

Why don?t the cold stone workers wear gloves?! I watched this girl scratch her nose after she mixed our ice cream while she was... checking us out! I don?t know if she washed her hands but I do know she asked the next customers ?how can I help you?!? Also,they could smile more! If I?m paying $5.69 for an ice cream at least give it to me with a smile! And please wear gloves! My icecream was DELICIOUS and my son said his was okay...but we used the BOGO so it was worth it!
