Poor customer service!.. We wanted to try one of the new flavors to see if we like it, but we were told that they no longer let... the customers sample any of the flavors. We bought it and didn't like it. It was a waste of money. Bad way to do business! Read more
Delicious ice cream. Wish they would do samples so I would be more inclined to try their more adventurous options. I'm 50/50 on... the service. Half the time it's a 10/10 the other half I get kind of rude service. Not going to ding a point for that. Read more
Always have a stellar experience at this particular location. The family is who owns the franchise is so sweet and you can tell... they take great care in their shop and the employees who help run it! Always very clean and so polite to all customers no matterhow busy they are. Read more

And have the drivers pick up behind a roped off area in front of the store so they can pretend they don't seethem.
