Me and my friends always see cold stone as a go to. Last night, we went to cold stone and had an unpleasant experience. Laci... made 2 of our ice creams and was very rude the entire experience. yelling "hey! hello! can i help you?!" with so much attitudeto which she looked us up and down and rolled her eyes. Later, her hair was in one of the ice creams and rolled her eyes andtried to just take the hair off and give the icecream back. she would not remake it and we asked Davon to make it and he wasabsolutely phenomenal. I?ve been to this Coldstone location before, and usually there?s only a couple of things that go wrong, but never have I ever... had an experience like this. There were 6 people behind me, I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes and there were 3 peopleat the front. Only one girl was using the register, then this young woman with blonde wavy hair, no name tag and no hat seemedlike she had an attitude towards a customer. She also rolled her eyes at the customer after she said she didn?t want a cone butwanted a bowl, while the worker was in her own world not paying attention to the customer. After that interaction, the blondegirl went to the back and never came back out, and when one of the workers in the back asked for help, I heard the young ladysay ?I?m not going back out there.? I?ve also read some of the other reviews and it seems like there?s a continuing problem withthe staff, and management needs to given to someone more responsible. Overview: One of the best places to get ice cream. This has always been my go-to for ice cream. I have never had a problem with... any service here. What to know: Not a lot of seating. There are a couple of tables outside bit not real sexy. One bathroom thatseems out of order every time I go: Pee somewhere else. You're there for the ice cream. On weekends after dinner, expect towait. I would say it's worth it. Read more

Ice cream is delicious and very interesting to watch prepared? Staff was hit and miss some extremely friendly, some very... distant. Tables need to be wiped more by staff but frankly I was there for the ice cream and it was fantastic. Read more
Ice cream was fabulous, but restroom was filthy and had no paper towels. Makes me question cleanliness of hands of employees
