Ice cream was great. Shift leader knew what she was doing. She made my wife ice cream. I got excited when I was next and... then another young lady came to do my ice cream. I had to repeat 3 times my order she took forever other workers fix 3 otherorders she was still making my simple request. Small parlor than usual. If not for the shift leader we would have left. Horrible customer service. I went in with my family. Got 2 milkshakes, a kids ice cream and a like it and I had $100 bill and... $50 bill and we were not able to get our ice cream because they didn?t wanna accept anything bigger than a $20. So we held up aline of people to be embarrassed and turned away with $150 cash in our hands , our bill was $18?. What if our order was over$20? Would they still have not taken our $50 or $100 bills? Horrible kids with horrible customer service skills. No manager onduty, line out the door and all of them had attitudes and did nothing to even attempt to help us. Read more
