It?s 5pm on a Tuesday, we drove 30 minutes only to find out they?re closed. Google says they?re open till 8! So idk what the... issue was but we were so disappointed. I won?t be making any special trip back again. It?s very frustrating for a customer todrive out just to be closed for no reason and no explanation. Update your hours on google if you feel like closing earlier thanyour posted hours. Read more

The heavyset young girl Desiree is so rude. She acted like I was bothering her when I placed my order. There were 3 dried up... Cinnabon out and i asked her how long until the fresh ones come out. She said 16 minutes. I patiently waited and came back andshe said "No I said we'd be putting more in in 16 minutes. So i walked around and waited. Came back and her and the heavy guyshe was working with were laughing and fussing with each other.. she then threw my Cinnabon in a box and slid it to me.. openedit up at the counter and the ends were dry and crusty and there was hardly any icing. Costumer service is absolutely horrible. I tried to order one roll, but they acted like I wasn't there while someone else got... waited on. I tried going to one side where you place your order but they barely acknowledge me and went on the other side, theywere rude as can be. Read more
