Originally, I went through the drive through only to discover that the intercom didn't work. Apparently the employees didn't... know it either. Customers simply talked to the dead box until they realized that it was useless. So after a few minutes I wentinside to place my order. The cashier was inattentive and didn't seem interested in what I ordered. She wasn't familiar withtheir special, didn't ask if I wanted spicy or mild, or what I wanted for my sides. I was curious what I would've been givenbut wasn't taking any chances so I told them what I wanted without being asked. When I told them I wanted spicy chicken, thewoman filling my order started to say they didn't have any, stopped herself then went to a warmer box and took out chicken.Unfortunately, I didn't check my order until I got home, about 10 minutes away. BIG MISTAKE. The chicken was lukewarm, dark andrubbery. You could tell it wasn't fit for consumption just from the look of it but I couldn't tell from my vantage point at theestablishment. The woman who put it in the box COULD see that though. Upon taking the food back for a refund or exchange, therude cashier was like, "Gurllll, he been gone so long..." I interrupted her to show the time on my receipt... 22 minutes. Anyway, the saving grace was the woman who 'fixed' the order. She apologized, said to the cashier you could see the chicken wasold and shouldn't have been sold. SHE was courteous and professional. Well the food served here looks nothing like the photos on Google. The staff doesn't really seem to care if you place an order... or even get your food. Otherwise the food is amazing. The biscuits oh the biscuits ???? Read more
Church?s is our favorite but the last order was not the best. We ordered a family size original and got spicy. Ate it anyway but... didn?t enjoy it very much. The 8 frosted biscuits had hardly any icing on them, especially the bottom layer of biscuits. Whydon't you frost the bottom layer first and then add the top layer of biscuits and then frost the top layer? Someone just threwthe biscuits in the box, added a little icing and closed the lid. Not as ordered and certainly not what is pictured in themenu. The mac n cheese is the best, like homemade. We ordered the large as always, and the container was about 70% filled.Considering the price it should be filled to the top. A whole serving was missing. Please check your delivery orders forcorrectness and quality of items ordered. Read more

Typical church's. Food not ready and service slow but everyone was friendly and the food when served was hot. Food was fresh.... I'll wait for fresh food so it was no big deal overall. Read more
This particular location never let's you order at the microphone so you'll have to wait the extra time it takes for them to take... your order at the window. But my food is always fresh at this location. Read more
It was 6:00pm and they didn?t have any chicken wings, iced tea and no jalapeño poppers or change to give when too paid.
