Last night was the last time we will eat from Church's. The only thing that was edible was our poppers and okra (Thanks to some... condiments on hand. Church's didn't have any Honey, jelly, or hot sauce! )After 22 minutes of smelling their dumpster in thedrive thru with only 1 vehicle in front of us we ordered "Spicy" but got "Extra Greasy". The chicken thighs were stripped of themeat then dipped and fried over and over again to give them some size. The little bit of meat left was so dry it was like wood.No kidding it was just bones and breading.( How could the outside be so wet and greasy and the inside dry like wood?) Thebiscuits were half cooked and left our mouths covered in lard. It literally felt like my mouth had a layer of outdoor carpetingand now, 20 hours later, my body feels like it's been violated. The chicken is always fresh during 11:30am-12:00pm. The managers are awesome respectful, great sense of humor even under... pressure and busy. We had a awesome time communicating with the workers at the location. Read more
My husband was there this afternoon and ordered 10 leg and thigh. When he drove up they gave him 2. When he told them it was a... 10 peice he was told it would be another 20 minutes. No thanks ....the last time you said that it took 40 minutes and that onlyhappened after my husband had to park and go in to get our order. Great tasting too bad you can't get it!!! Read more
Lovely lady took our food order after a long drive from South Florida! I can never get food from this chain because it's not... available in my state even though it should be! Ordered a 12 piece meal through a delivery company. Ordered the food 5 hours in advance for a birthday dinner and the food... showed up cold and 30 minutes after scheduled delivery time. This would not be the restaurant's fault, but the order wasincorrect. Missing 1 item completely, and we received 5 legs and 7 thighs. No white meat at all. And was supposed to be spicyand got no spicy. Read more
If I could give zero Stars I absolutely would. I can't tell you how good or bad the food is, because I've been in the Drive-Thru... for over 30 minutes currently, with no updates and I'm literally trapped with the barrier on the other side of my vehicle. I hadno choice but to wait these 30 minutes after I ordered, that's not including the 10 to get to the speaker.
