BF and I took our daughter here for her first Chuck E. Cheese visit. The pizza was good and I asked an employee when the next... time we would be able to see Chuck E, employee name starting with K(privacy) told me she would get back to me and found me a fewmins later to let me know that the showing would be soon. It?s in the corner of a shopping center and it?s pretty spacious. My daughter felt welcomed immediately & everyone was so... attentive. It can get very busy at it seems. She enjoyed herself we will be back! Read more
Christian and his crew took care of everything! My son?s impromptu birthday party went without a hiccup. The pizza was way... better than when I was a kid. Stuffed crust options were a surprise. Several of the machines were not working but they don't unplug them. They let you swipe your card to deduct the points and find... out the expensive way. Games aren't a dime anymore, so that adds up fast. We didn't order pizza so I can't help you there. Myten year old was the oldest kid in there at 730pm on a Saturday night. Mostly little kids when we were there. I was disappointedthat the tables were cluttered with leftover pizza after people had obviously left, when people working were standing aroundtalking for the most part. They seemed fairly uninterested in building the brand of Chuck E Cheese, leaving broken machines litup to rob paying customers of their credits. I won't be back to this location, even though they had some newer games than theAvenues location.. They all have issues with maintaining the games, but this location stands out in my mind, and not in a goodway. Read more
How the mighty Chuck E. Has fallen. I used to love going to Chuck E. Cheese as a kid in the 80?s and as a parent I have enjoyed... taking my kids to them all around the country. However, this location, forget about it! The selection of games has not changedin over 3 years, and I know this because I compared todays visit with photos and videos form 2019. On top of that there is foodon the machines and many of them are broken. The kids still had fun, but as a parent, it?s so sad to see what places like thishave become. Read more
We have the absolute best experience at this Chuck E cheese at regency then we have had in the past 20 years. We came to... celebrate my granddaughter's 5th birthday and the manager and all of the employees went above and beyond to make sure that itwas special! Meh, the place itself feels dirty and has that musky smell. Most of the machines are broken with no notice, so you swipe and... waste money. Employees were nice and helpful, and food was pretty good. Read more
