I just had my step sons 3 rd birthday here. When I got there I went up to 3 ladies just sitting down on their phones and asked... if I was supposed to check in with them or not. There was a huge lack of communication, we put in our order of food and cake andI had to keep checking since it took almost an hour to come out. While people who arrived after us got their orders first.Chucky didn?t come out until there was only 30 minutes left, they didn?t even let us do the ticket blaster which I paid for withthe Mega Package. There was no balloons and The kids didn?t get their dippin dots which was included with the package. Then whenwe were checking out, the lady asked if I wanted to tip my hostess when I legit didn?t even know who my hostess was! The partywas NOT worth the $200 I paid. Read more
We?ve been a few times to this location and always had bad service and treated like we were an annoyance rather than a customer.... Today I took my son for his birthday, and the girl at the counter was amazing. She was so hard working and patient and kind withmy children when picking what they wanted at the end. I was very impressed. Hopefully they keep this way and ladies like her arerewarded for their hard work. Read more
We were sad there is no ball pits or anything to climb on. The games were nice but not easy for my two year old. Still better... than we thought and we will return when we can come to town again. Read more
I was following 2 of my Sister's Grandchildren around. They had a good time playing. Their ages are 4 and 7 years. The salad bar... was $7 and pizzas were approximately $20.We used to get paper tickets when you win now it's added to the ticket electronically. Read more
We just had my son's birthday party here and the kids had a blast. We had a newer birthday coordinator but she did an... exceptional job. The games are fun for the kids and they all enjoyed the pizza. I only wish there was a wider selection for abroader age range. Read more
Ice tea was nasty. Pizza was so so. Other than that the children enjoyed them selves.
We frequent Chuck E Cheese when on a long trip and use the unlimited pass cards. This Chuck E Cheese had friendly, professional... staff. It was clean and a huge location. All that being said, we counted a total of 9 games that were not operating. We alsoplayed 2 games and won the bonus tickets but the game then had an error message. Was a fun time but we wasted quite a bit of ourtime scanning broken machines. The manager on duty was super accommodating and sought us out when an employee did not know howto transfer our points to one card. Read more
Came on a Friday evening. Barely anyone there. Food took 40 minutes, then wings were cold by the time we received the food. Was... there close to 2 hours and no Chuckie Cheese. Very disappointed to spend the amount of money for the food and and for over 4passes. I was about to book my son's party here and I am so glad we came here as a trial run. I will for sure book elsewhere. Read more
