I usually choose Moe?s but this Chipotle was where I was going so I figured cool. I love the Queso at Moe?s but will never order... the Queso at Chipotle again. It tasted like some cheap microwaved bottled stuff you buy at Wal Mart. And it was $8 for about 3to 4 Oz with chips. I also always get the burrito and while it was satisfying it was so wet I went through 10 napkins during mymeal. Total was $22 for a burrito that was Ok, some terrible chips and Queso that I barely even ate ( Threw 90% away) and adrink. For $22 it should be much better. SMH Read more
I feel like this the best chipolte in Jax (based on the food). The food is always good, fresh, and temperature is good. The... recent addition of an off-kilter, rude, and unprofessional team member has surprised me. She yells at customers, throws food,and clearly has an attitude. Just beware. Read more
Food was on par for the franchise. I dislike eating here, because its so grey and bland. Displaying only a few pics of random... grey pipes and stuff. No mayatec artwork, which is really depressing. 09/01/2022 9:25pm terrible experience. It wasn?t real busy when I walked in but I immediately noticed it was understaffed. I... wait patiently until it was my turn. I started my order by saying I?m working on 4 burritos. Jimmy, that?s probably not his nameand apparently name tags aren?t apart of the uniform, said, ?for reals? like that was a problem. I asked him to mark them forobvious reasons and he did but he grabbed the marker after rolling each burrito up then with the same gloves would roll the nextburrito up. At one point the marker itself rolled into an unrolled burrito. When I got home with the food, the marker penetratedone of the foils so the actual burrito was marked ?BA.? The young man had a terrible attitude but management is probably also toblame because they were very understaffed given the ppl there to order in person and those picking up online and Uber eatsorders.
